Store Manager

This position oversees and is accountable for the operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory, expense control, staff management, and operating cost management, and is responsible for establishing and maintaining customer services. Supervises subordinate employees. In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing techniques, financial principles, and computer operations. Safety minded and proactive in safe operating practices. Highly skilled in oral and written communications; listens and acquires clarification, and responds well to questions. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Fluent in the English language; skilled in oral and written communications. Working knowledge of all types of oilfield equipment, including line pipe and OCTG. Inventory control experience, outside sales and basic accounting skills. Minimum requirements include ten (10) years related business management experience and Bachelor’s degree in related business field; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a Valid Driver’s License; Commercial Driver License (CDL) preferred. Must pass pre-employment credit and background check, and drug screen.
